This was a struggle for me as well! For the longest time I did not know what God put me on this earth to do. I often felt aimless! Until I started asking questions! Lots of them! Those conversations soon turned into interviews, with my first one in 2001! I’ve been asking questions since! Now, I’d like to think I’ve put together a list of answers! As a coach, this is my favorite topic! It is also the foundation of my keynote speeches along with my books my ‘Life on Purpose’ and “No Hamsters in Heaven" as well as my TV Show and live interviews. Those questions, mine and yours are why I do what I do! Don’t just live, live on purpose!

As a Speaker

Becoming a professional speaker was a result of a successful climb up the corporate ladder over the process of many years. As a corporate trainer I traveled the country teaching leadership, sales, and how to be your best “you" at work and home everyday. From there I expanded into Christian environments, including stories from my faith journey as well as stories from the hundreds of people I’ve interviewed. So many great stories! As an Author

As a freelance writer for decades, my articles were published just about every month for years. Whether some amazing interview or a topic of interest, writing was always another way to share a great story or make a purpose point. I even had a column in a business magazine for years, as entrepreneurship is a big part of my story. When God called me to write a book, I thought it would be easy. Ha! Twenty years later and a heck of a journey to share, I held that first copy in my hand and now my second one is finished! I’m thankful to finally share my story for God’s glory. On TV and Radio

When I founded and published a magazine for 3 1/2 years, I realized the power of a great testimony. Our team distributed 10,000 copies each month. I thought in my heart we were onto something huge. “If everyone in the world knew these stories, people would be so encouraged. God is at work in the lives of his people!” I’d think often, there is such power in purpose! Eventually, we transitioned from paper to a digital format.
